Here's a little twist on yout holiday munchies and appetizers. This uses: whipped cream cheese, your favorite local jelly, a couple of handfuls of Veronica's Health Crunch. Chop half of the VHC and mix it into the cheeseball. Mold it into a ball, sprinkle with the remaining VHC and pour jelly over the top.
